All students in the program regardless of their location are assessed in-state tuition. This is made possible by cooperation with Distance Education. The M.S. in Plant Breeding Program follows Iowa State University graduate tuition rates, which can be viewed at the Tuition and Fees Distance Education web page. Aside from tuition costs, students in the program will need to pay a delivery fee for course materials, textbook costs, and travel, lodging, and meal expenses for on-campus visits.
There are scholarship and funding opportunities available for students in the M.S. in Plant Breeding program. For more information, please contact the Distance Programs in Agronomy office (msagron@iastate.edu).
