When will I get the course materials? Course CD's will be mailed to you via UPS on Wednesday, August 20th. You should receive course materials no later than Monday, August 25th and should be able to access materials on-line the weekend before. Once the course materials are mailed, we will post the course contents online so you can view the course contents from our web site (for those that just cannot wait). The Student Notebook System (SNS) (where you view the calendar, submit assessments, upload assignments, post discussion topics, etc.) will not be available until courses begin. Registration confirmation and confirmation of your mailing address will occur via email this week.

Where can I find Course Information? Course descriptions, course pre-requisites, registration deadlines, textbook information, textbook information, and tuition costs are available for: Agron 501, 502, 503, 531, 532 and 533.

What textbooks are required? Textbook information is available on our Access Courses web page. Textbook ordering information is available through the University BookStore. If no textbook information is available for a particular course, readings required will be provided as supplements, either electronically (e-Library via e-Reserve) or in print by the instructor, and sent with the course materials. Some other web sites to consider for purchasing textbooks on-line are through: Amazon.com, Half.com, and BN.com

How do I prepare to take a class? 1. Go through the program Setup Lesson. This lesson will make certain you and your computer are ready for M.S. in Agronomy Program coursework. Please let us know if you encounter any technical difficulties or have any questions.

If you haven't already, register for an ISU NetID through Account Services on the Web (ASW). This is your username/password for access to our Student Notebook System (WebCT) and to our online courseware. You will need your red ISUCard to do this. By now you should have received your ISUCard. If not, please let us know.
